Location.

Precinct 1 of Bahria Town Karachi is the most nearest Precinct from the entrance of the project. it contains only 250 square yards plot dimension is  35' x 70 ' though

Response.

it has got the tremendous response from the end-users and investors of the Bahria Town. People has started construction as soon they have received the possession order. 

There are two types of plots in Precinct 1  

1.  Overseas Booking.

2.  Quota assigned to Dealers.

in any type if you want to buy it will cost you around 8 to 9  millions.

Future.

I think there is a more room in this precinct to go up. if  we compare with any good society in the city like DHA, PECHS, Gulistan e Jauhar etc these rates are on very low side, the only factor is the distance from the city center, this is a clear fact that distances are shrinking as we working on our road networks, M9 will bring this project in the city in fact.
